February 19, 200917 yr Author No Sh*t sherlock...i've found the problem, i had to unpack the iso file so that nlilte could look at it, when it's unpacked its 980 Mb big...soo, the question therefore remains, why can't nlite compress as well as it obviously should be able to?so actually i did nothing wrong, ner.mike
February 19, 200917 yr it should be roughly the same size as the .iso file. my xp+sp3 iso is 603mb extracted. thats w/o any additional addons or post sp3 updates or anything removed via nlite.
February 19, 200917 yr I think the question is: We don`t know your ISO, but it behaves not in a normal way.As "ccl0" mentioned, the ISO is an (mostly) uncompressed Image of the Files. When i use nLite, i mount my original ISO with UltraISO and copy the Files with nLite to a clean Folder. There`s no really growing of size between ISO and Folder. Is it an original XPCD you use as Source?
