Need skip option, when cut or copying files

i've used someones machine before and while copying files to the drive, when file either can't be copied or already there on the copy dialog box it gives me an option to skip this file. its a modified window with eta and skip button added to the options...

i think its a script or something that customizes the window, can anyone help?

Looks like he was using Vista. There are a few 3rd party apps out there. One that I have used for a while is Teracopy.
