SpyCatcher Posted February 11, 2009 Share Posted February 11, 2009 For some reason Vista U will not warm reboot on its own unless I shut down the system, restart from that point.I have done the following to fix /repair:Run Start up recovery.Load the vista installation disc, repair, command prompt "bootrec.exe /fixmbr /fixboot and /rebuildbcdI have check and reset the BIOSStill not working, any help would be appreciated.Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Does the computer turn off?I would imagine that if this is indeed an issue with the boot sector, it wouldn't matter how the computer was booting up.
