startup programs

On booting up, the screen always displays the box "Windows has blocked some startup programs", requiring that I always have to delete it. Can anyone tell me how to prevent that box from appearing?

I haven't seen this message before but it might be from Windows Defender. Try to configure it and add your programs to the exceptions if possible.
