2.30 -> 2.40 problems

Hallo.

At first, thank you for this program.

At second: I want using version 2.40 (2.30 up to now), but I cannot due to some bad issues for me in v2.40.

1. How can I detect, what updates I have already downloaded, when all updates is still "checked"? No automatic uncheck downloaded files, no color highlighting.
    
   
2. Can you fix font color for files for description tooltips with some Windows themes?
   

For example see picture:

Questions - look at the picture and tell me:

• What downloads I have already downloaded and what not? (I have all, but why are they all still checked and why is number on tab (28)? It look like 28 not download updates yet???!!!
   
  
• What is title of first highlighted update?
  

I'm sorry, but I must go back to v2.30. It is more well-arranged for me But 2.30 cannot automatically detect new ULs, only new 2.40's version of WUD.
