No, it doesn't.

And even if you get it to work "properly" I wouldn't advise using it because SX2 (and of course SX3 as well) has been designed for and tested with XP, not with Win98.

h2o driver syncrosoft truemu (warez) does not work on win98

I see that Windows 98 cannot replace xp
