Outlook blocked Access - sick of it!!

I just got upgraded from Outlook 97 to the Xp office suite. I am really sick of the "blocked access" feature in Outlook. I often send myself website links to remember them or refer to them. This feature doesn't even trust ME or people I trust. Has anyone figured out a workaround yet? HELP! I'm sick of this big brother censorship!:wail:
