nlite does not see my disk as usable

Hello all, I am attempting to create a slipstreamed install disk for windows xp home, using my Gateway restore disk. When I point nlite to the disk or the files from it copied to my hard drive, I get the message saying it needs the I386 or AMD64 folders blah blah blah. I am attaching a screenshot of the files inside my disk, any help would be appreciated.post-228411-1232487253_thumb.jpg

It is not possible to use an OEM-supplied 'recovery discs' as a source for nlite to work on. This is known to fail.

You MUST use an 'official' MSFT distribution that you are personally and legally licensed for.
