graysky Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 You can access the old windows 2000 style user manager in XP if you need it via start>run then type: control userpasswords2 (then hit ok).I was looking for this this morning and wanted to share it with the group.
Naki Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 You can get a full list of users (the above command won't show all) by right-clicking My Computer, choosing Manage, then System Tools ---> Local Users and Groups ---> Users.
CoffeeFiend Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 (edited) Not to sound rude or anything... But a quick search shows that very, very old (most people figured it out around when XP came out, like 8 years ago) "tip" as being in about 200 different posts (8 whole pages worth, at 25 results/page). Not exactly news. Edited January 3, 2009 by crahak
graysky Posted January 3, 2009 Author Posted January 3, 2009 I know it's old news, but this was something I needed today and it took a while to unearth it. I thought I'd share it with the board as a result. Hey, if just one person reads this thread and learns about it, I'm happy.
