Vlite+WAIK newbie question!

I wanna make a custom window with WAIK and also use vlite to delete some components out~

Just 1 simple question, I should use WAIK to add progroms in first, then use vlite to delete components out ot use vlite to delete components out first then use WAIK to add programs in?

First thing u must clear that first u need to integrate all hotfixes & drivers through vlite. Then remove components. Also there is no way to integrate programs through WAIK. If there is a way let others know about it.
