How do we disable that? Does everyone know what I'm talking about?

Even though the folder is named "My Documents" it's seen as "User's Documents".

What is this called and how can it be disabled?

in Windows Explorer, for every other user than the one currently logged, it's displayed as "full name's documents". I don't know if it can be disabled, I don't find anything in Vew or Options menus.

When that user is logged on, they will see it as "My Documents" and other's documents as "User's Documents".

This comes from the desktop.ini in the folder itself. Modify that. Although I don't exactly know how it should be modified.

You can also try to rename it. That folder can be renamed without any adverse effect.
