Nerwin
Well I been trying to fix my client's computer and this is the problem, It wont bootIt wants me to replace the file isapnp.sys So I booted into Windows Recovery Console and tried expand H:\i386\isapnp.sy_ C:\windows\system32\DRIVERSAnd it wont work!I need to replace isapnp.sys in order for some system to boot.So its either i'm doing it wrong or there is something more that is wrong with this system.EDIT:I even tried this approach http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315311 and it still didnt work, it just fails, it wont expand that file. GrofLuigi
Have you used "set AllowAllPaths = TRUE" ?Can you expand it to another place and copy it to system32\DRIVERS ?Sometimes (often?) error descriptions are not accurate (something else is wrong).GL
Nerwin
Well I ended up getting it fixed anyways, I took the Hard drive out and put it in a external case and plugged it in and just put all new sys files in the drivers folder and it started right up.
