Sorry, I don't have a clue what runtime 2R3 is and Google is no help. Perhaps someone knows, but why not tell us what it is and maybe we can comment? Have you tried it?

those runtime was avaible on nLite website as

I was not able to find a reference to " nLruntimeR3 [FrameworkLite 2.0 R3 (alternative, unofficial runtimes for nLite)] " on the nLite Web Site and I have not tried this .NET version. I suggest you give it a go and post back your results.

I work with Runtimes R3 in WinXp Sp3 without any problems (nLite 1.4.9.1)!
