Is there a command line tool for extract the 'main' icon of a .exe file?

tabiripp.exe can extract all icons of a file,and convert as .png or .jpg.

iconsext.exe can extract all icons of a file.

ResHacker.exe can extract the 'main' icon,but must know where is it before.

IconInjector.exe can replace the 'main' icon of a file.

I only need the main icon.

or

how to get where is the main icon,then i can use ResHacker.exe to extract.
