Lantizia Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 Hi Folks,I normally use Windows XP Professional with nLite with...- SP3- Textmode RAID/SATA drivers- NIC drivers- Xable UDP - http://xable.net/xp-sp3-update-pack-download.php- Windows Genuine Advantage Notification - http://xable.net/forums/viewtopic.php?id=27- Windows Update Engine - http://xable.net/forums/viewtopic.php?id=8Now I've trying to use the x64 edition, and I realize I'll be using SP2 as SP3 doesn't exist for x64 (as it doesn't exist for Server 2003).Naturally I'll be hunting for alternative x64 drivers too to slipstream in as well. However does anyone know of a Post-SP2 x64 Update Pack? and maybe also how to add in the x64 editions of Genuine Advantage Notification and Update Engine?
Sizzla Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 (edited) Thanks for your reply Trance,I tried the xp instal to new sata drive without using F6 as I had no floppy drive. The installation was successful, and system properties shows SP2.Didn't know the xp-cd had sp2 slipstreamed already. Before I started the new installation, I used the product-key software to extract from previous ide-drive.Anyway, I'm good to go.ThanksSizzla Edited November 10, 2008 by Sizzla
