ElAguila Posted November 7, 2008 Share Posted November 7, 2008 I have turned on media sharing on a Vista Ultimate 32-bit machine and on a 64-bit machine. Both machines detected the other's shared media and I added it and allowed it from the other machine. I did this with both machines and told it to share all ratings. When I open media player on either machine , I only see the music that is local to that machine. Any idea how to get the media player sharing to actually work? My PS3 does read the shared media from either computer though. I just can't get one vista machine to read the music from the other vista machine.
