having a problem using nlite to install sp3 on a windows xp

keep get a bad cd will start installation then i get this error

uasbohci.sys corrupt then i have to reboot

my question is can a cd bee made using vista and nlite

nLite works fine for me on Vista. You can try to run nLite in compatibility mode to slipstream SP3 or to install XP into VMWare and do the slipstream of SP3 there. This is known problem with SP3 slipstream only. Other issue is not known to me. I never encoutered on it.
