I have a small problem

I understand slipstreaming, and i understand silent installs,

but how would i take AVG and add it into my Nlite Slippstreamed OS?

There are a list of about 12 programs, all about the same size as avg, and i want my computer to auto install all of them, when i need to reformat, so that i dont spend 5 hours watching a computer, so i can constantly add each individual program.

I know this is possible, from reading several forums, but i dont quite follow the HOW TO part.

Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance
