sfc.exe+vlite

first i would like to admit vlite is a perfect tool for boosting vista, few days ago i tried to check file corruption using sfc/scannow but it stucks at %50 and found corrupted files which i couldnt find in cbs.log anyway i wonder if its happening because of modified vista by vlite? or is scf staff is in a sort of bug?

maybe the original files was bad already ?

vlite just change the regs and remove files
