Registry files (HKEY_CURRENT_USER)

From the tweak collection v0.4 - I took some entries that were appropreate for my install and first added the .reg file to HFSVCPACK. But as they are executed at T13, I think HKEY_CURRENT_USER is not accessible yet for some reason and those entries are not added or changed.

But when adding them in HFGUIRUNONCE, I have to reboot after they are added to the registry.

When is the best time to add these settings and where to put them in HFSLIP directory? <SOLVED>

SOLVED ISSUE: problem was corrupted .reg file(s) !!!
