Shelax Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 (edited) Hi,My System Has BSOD Problem.65 % Boot times Failure with BSOD Screens.My System Error As Below :"c000021a { Fatal System Error } the windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000 ) the system has been shut down"i think this error occurs because of realtek hd audio driver.after formating installing drivers realtek drivers installed and after reboot this problem occurs.what is the solution for this error? cluberti Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 Well, if the realtek drivers really are causing winlogon.exe to crash, don't install those drivers? I mean, if a driver is bad, use a version that isn't or contact the manufacturer/vendor to have them fix it. There's no "workaround" for a bad driver other than the above.
Shelax Posted October 24, 2008 Author Posted October 24, 2008 cluberti,thanks for info.someone tells me that install realtek drivers that come with cd, no downloaded drivers install and other thing Install Auto Setup No individual drivers install.is it right?can i use driverpack which integrated into unattended xp cd?
