DsAdduser Command help!

Hey I need a command line that is about 3 lines longs with a loop in the cmd window for a dsadduser to lets say create : user1, user2,

user3 etc and they have 2 change their passwords as they log on next time. that is with the dsadduser command is cmd and not a .bat file

or any type of programming language, thus I cannot find it on the internet please help.
