brute force Posted October 30, 2008 Author Share Posted October 30, 2008 Just let the install give it a random name and you should be able to rename it while on the domain.I have this in my winnt.sifComputerName=*yep, tried that. i know about that but it stops in the middle of the install to get a name. id like it somehow to get it automatically so i can step away and have it completely unattended Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
