No CD Boot Prompt

I have Created a new Winnt.sif for my unattended and sliped SP3. Now when i go to boot off of the cd it doesn't prompt to boot from the CD it automatically boots from there. Is there any reason for this. how can i make it prompt so when it does its reboot it doesnt start the install all over again.

Any help would be appreciated
