Fraps WIN9X?

I am using the last version of fraps, fraps 19d, i was curious did anyone make it so i can use fraps the newest version with win9x?

I can't record sound with the old version.

Fraps 1.9d works correctly for me.

Is there anyway possible to make fraps anything higher then 1.9d to work under win9x?
