ok this is killing me. my systems keeps getting reset in random, during the game, in windows, watching a movie... .sometimes it doesnt happen for a whole day and sometimes i get it like 5 times in an hour. i had my first reset experience after installing google chrome during playing WOW(game) then i uninstalled the chrome and i have random resets everywhere.

where do i look for the source of this? i think its a software issue than hardware!

Also different parts of control panel stops responding in random also. "uninstall programs" doesnt work at all and "network and sharing center" gives "page failed to load" most of the time.sometimes it works after some restarts.

Is it creating a bluescreen and then rebooting, or is it just hard resetting? If it's crashing (and not completely resetting), consider configuring your PC for a complete memory dump, get a dump of the next crash, and then compress/upload it somewhere we can look at.

You appear to have the BSOD turned off and just an Auto start on error. Turn on the BSOD and you will then be able to record the numbers and hopefully the filer causing the crash

well i cant open the system properties to change that value cause i get "page failed to load" error though from HiJackThis program i found out that i have several missing files set in windows service's.the weird thing is that SFC /SCANNOW doesnt return anything and indicates that all files are correct.

how can i repair the missing files without losing my current settings?

Sounds like a stop error you can't see then a reboot. This can be seen as a sudden black screen and reboot.

Especially when you overclocked too much!
