unnameduser Posted September 23, 2008 Share Posted September 23, 2008 I am having a problem with my own laptop at the moment. Its quite strange.When accessing excel files on a file server and on my hard drive (by double clicking on the file) excel sometimes hangs for about 10 seconds. It happens for a range of spreadsheet sizes.However when i open excel, and point to the file that I want to open, it opens fine.Any suggestions on what could possible be the cause?
