Internal blutooth pci or ?

I have a stationary where I would like to get bluetooth inside.

I can always buy a USB BT pen, but this will stick out, and I don't want that.

Then I can but this BT PCI card

But it's a little bit expensive.

What is my alternatives?

A PCI card with inside USB sockets and then a USB pen or....?
