keep original beside vlited version

Is there a way to keep all the original versions beside the one I cut with vLite on the same image? So for example, I have a Vista DVD with Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate. Now, I want to cut down the size of Ultimate, and have a DVD of this sortiment: Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, Ultimate PLUS "Ultimate vLite". Is this possible, and if so, how? (I don't really understand the difference between the apply methods Rebuild All and Save Changes Only, but I think neither of them is what I want).

use gimagex to export ur version so its will apear twice and

use vlite on one of them

delete the rest of version u wont use
