Can nLite be run on Vista to build XP cd ?

Just I was wondering can nLite be used on Vista system to build winxp cd/iso etc ?

I've always ran nLite on XP and vLite on Vista, but my Vista system has more resources/disk space right now and was wondering if i can use Vista system to rebuild my nLite XP cd/iso etc ?

Speaking from experiences, I am able to use nLite in Vista Ultimate x64 to work with WinXP x86 & x64.
