August 29, 200817 yr I have a brand new Dell Notebook which came with Vista Home Basic SP1. I tried to upgrade it to Vista Ultimate but it would not give me the upgrade Option. Thinking that the ultimate DVD does not contain SP1 I went ahead and created a slipstreamed DVD with SP1. Again I tried the upgrad and again I'm not given the option. Anyone has any ideas?Juan Navarrete
