Resolved - windows mobile device center install

I can not get the windows mobile device center to install

when i try it, i get these info messages in the log:

What is this user-pnp? i have pnp service running, but i disabled the upnp stuff. I got an networking update via windows update when i connected my device.

Ok - i don't know what was wrong, but a day after, device center installed automatically. Maybe it was the restart?
