Strange problem with nLite

I have made installation disk with nLite 1.4.8 and the install the system (Win XP SP3).

After installation I run HijackThis 2.0.2.exe and there was an entry:

O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-18\..\RunOnce: [nltide_3] rundll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSectionEx nLite.inf,C,,4,N (User 'SYSTEM')

it is clear that it is part of nlite, but I dicide to remove it, then I removed but it appears again. Nevermind I delete "nlite.inf" and "nlite.pnf" from my "C:\Windows\inf" folder" and finaly remove entry from HijackThis. But I can't anymore open Add/Remove Programs Components, it says it need "nlite.inf" file.

So my question is it normal for nLite.
