now result is (it was my mistake to cancel all process before): 01_summary_start.xml - bootDoneViaPostBoot="41987" 02_summary_end.xml - bootDoneViaPostBoot="25510" nice improvement ..............

very strange ........ 01_summary_start.xml - bootDoneViaPostBoot="44155" 02_summary_end.xml - bootDoneViaPostBoot="-1" so what is the result of optimizing.

I have made installation disk with nLite 1.4.8 and the install the system (Win XP SP3). After installation I run HijackThis 2.0.2.exe and there was an entry: it is clear that it is part of nlite, but I dicide to remove it, then I removed but it appears again. Nevermind I delete "nlite.inf" and "nlite.pnf" from my "C:\Windows\inf" folder" and finaly remove entry from HijackThis. But I can't anymore open Add/Remove Programs Components, it says it need "nlite.inf" file. So my question is it normal for nLite.
