Network and Sharing: Failed to load?

Okay, I realize this has been posted before, but I'm having the same problem as before. I've searched and checked around to see what could possibly be the problem, and it seems I've removed nothing that should be affecting the NSC, but I can't open it. Any ideas? Attached is last_session file.

Well, it appears to be a problem with a missing service, because I redid the disc and removed only minimal services and added back in a few system components that seemed possibly suspect. Everything is working fine now.
