nLite Italian translation update

Hi nuhi,

recently I had some spare time to update the Italian translation, fixing some involountary errors and adding new components and tweaks to it. The result is good, although some Server 2003 components are still in English since I never used 2k3 and I don't know how to translate them.

I didn't start from scratch, I've modified the old 'Italiano.lang' file: for this reason, I kept the original translator's name in the Translation properties.

Here's the updated file. Maybe you can put it in the next version of nLite? That would be great!
