Mentioned message doesn't use a local sever.
Read post 9. Edit file qa.ini, set you local iso file.

I have made all under the instruction as have been written here: http://www.hak5.org/... ndpost&p=114334, but unfortunately, the miracle has not occurred. LPInstaller it was simply updated. And there it is not written as there then.iso images to mount...
