Disable "Auto Update library" With Registry Settings.

I have searched the Web to disable this stupid options but couldn't finde anything only people with the same question.

So i have tested and tested to finde out what registry settings i must change to disable this option.

After hours i have found out all the Registry Settings needed to disable this option.
