help installing unattended xp in an Asus EeePC using nlite?

What should I do to use nlite efficiently in my Eeepc701 4gig hd? Because I have a limited capacity of hd. Should I first install the OS, then copy the folder i386 from windows installation cd in my hdd? then run nlite? Any help would gladly appreciated. Thanks.
