Anyone knows how files needed to manual install Windows Fax and Scan?

Only Business, Enterprise and Ultimate versions of Windows Vista has Windows Fax and Scan utility and I want rip that utility from this versions to try manual install it in others versions like Vista Home Premium or Vista Starter Edition.
