Adding things back to Vista

If I have removed components of Vista (such as System Restore), can I then add it back using my original disk or do I have to reinstall?

No ,you cant ,

and yes you can~~

but it is not easy, not easy ,almost impossible for general users~~

Some one has done that ,however~~

Even netframe work and midia center can be added back,

Just revlite and do a fresh installation~
