Randomness Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 If you have a might good and expensive custom built PC, will VLite still benefit the performance? I already have it on my laptop, and it helped a lot, so now I ask this question before I might eventually install it on the desktop as well.

Yep id say it does.Not as much as on the laptop but it helps.Notably vlited vista logs on quicker and boots/shuts down quicker.Ofcourse uses less RAM and CPU cycles.Havent noticed much difference in copy speed.Games seem to be running a bit better too so its all good
