QuickLaunch not show on fresh boot

how can i make it so its gonna sho up by default..?

maybe add a tweak?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Streams

\Desktop Look for the following Value:

"Taskbar"=hex:0c,00,00,00,08,00,00,00,02,...

Change the ,02, to a ,01, and that will disable the quick launch bar.

So you want a 02 and it will show
