"wbemprox.dll" BAD Image?

I suddenly got this "wbemprox.dll bad image" error on every boot, I've tried to expand the wbemprox.dl_ from my WinXP 64bit disk but all it results in is that I get the same exact file??

I've tried with both DOS-promt and Msconfig but when expanding the bloody file I just get the same exact dl_ and not dll file?

Is anyone else running WinXP 64bit? Could anyone please send me the wbemprox.dll file located in C:\WINDOWS\System32\wbem\
