Disabled XP Start Menu MFU Shortcuts-want to re-enable

Enabled Tweaks>General>Privacy>"Disable Tracking of most used programs" without fully realizing what it does. I would like to disable this tweak if possible in both the registry and nlite.inf; I don't want to burn a new CD. I found and removed the entry in lastsession.ini OK. Can anyone help?
