amocanu
I've been trying to slipstreap SP1 into Vista installation files under Windows XP SP3 and i got a blue screen saying that there is a problem with SPTD.SYSIs there an incompatibility between Vlite and Daemon Tools's driver?I copied the vista installation files and the SP1 package on my hard drive, so why would daemon tools get involved? cluberti
Daemon tools installs SPTD, or the SCSI Pass Through filter Driver. All I/O on the system passes through ANY input/output filter drivers, regardless of whether they're used for that particular operation or not (this is also how most antivirus packages work, btw). So I don't know if it's a problem with nLite or SPTD, but it's definitely something you should investigate - perhaps upgrade SPTD.sys to the latest version, if you haven't already? tjwasiak
Isn't it known issue that you have to slipstream SP1 under Vista? I think I read this somewhere in the net...
