IE7 removed. WU still wants to updatge it

Hi guys. I have Vlited internet explorer out of Vista. However, Windows Update wants to update it IE. I have tried to "hiding" the update but that doesnt work. Any ideas how to prevent WU looking to update IE since IE is not present on the computer.

This is not a major thing, just a small annoyance.

Hmm wht i would do in that situation is download the Update manually and integrate it into your next vLite (using a fresh source)

Don't waste your time on this. Hide it, that's all. And you should think like Logoliam said. I always do that.
