Password Recovery for word

In the recent past I have made some word documents but due to their importance factor I placed passwords for the documents. But unfortunately I am not able to recall the passwords for the documents made.

Can anyone suggest me of any tools to recover the passwords for word documents.

Or if it's a short password, this freeware may help. Despite the name, it works with word and excel files.
