retaj Posted May 19, 2008 Posted May 19, 2008 (edited) So I have a WIN XP CD (original) with no SP on it (not even SP1) and I was wondering if i could slipstream SP3 directly on it or should I first slipstream SP1 or SP2 and then SP3?Thanks for the help!PS. I was reading Windows XP SP3 FAQ on this forum and i don't understand one thing : it says I need XP SP1a or greater for the OS I will be executing the slipstream process under. The Source/Destination OS can be any SP level (though most recommend that SP3 only be slipstreamed into SP0/GOLD/RTM Source. What does that mean? That I don't need any SP before SP3?
