Slipstream SP3, Time Zone and WMP11

Slipstreaming SP3 is fine. I used the feature to set the Time Zone to GMT -05:00. After the install the Time Zone was 1/2 way around the world... +04:00 if I recall correctly.

Also...about 1/2 way thru the XP install an error window appears:

UNREGMP2.EXE failed because WMDRMSDK.DLL not found. The screen was titled: Unable to locate component.

Moments before the XP install finished I clicked Ok several times and the error window re-appeared. I continued to click until the window stayed gone. Later, I discovered there was no WMP, 11 or otherwise. I had to install WMP11 from the install package that I had hoped would be included in the slipstream.

The Kabul time zone issue is common to a failed integration of KB942763. It took RyanVM a while to figure out how to do it properly in his SP2 Update Pack.

Try this TimeZone.zip to round on the problem without renounce to install the incriminate hotfix.

Use TimeZone.exe /u in [GuiRunOnce] after set the wished TimeZone in Setting.ini
